These images, originally culled from magazines, reflect intentional selection and placement to create an interplay of color and motion.

Each photo is also the result of cropping, scaling, and then placing near elements of similar hue or shape. As a result, the images appear to blur or bleed into one another.

In one example, tree branches from one image flow seamlessly into a piece of driftwood in the adjacent image. In another, waves twist slightly from one image into the next as they dramatically shift color.
